At Yendra Beauty, our mission is to help calm, nourish, and support sensitive skin with formulations that are gentle, effective, and backed by thoughtful research. We stand behind the quality of our Second Skin Rescue Balm, and we want you to feel confident in giving it a fair, consistent trial.

If after 40 days of consistent twice-daily use, you don’t see a visible reduction in your skin irritation ie dryness, flakiness, chlorine rash, chafing or redness, we’ll refund your purchase when you return the remaining product and share your before-and-after photos.

RESULTS-BACK GUARANTEE

To qualify for our Results-Back Guarantee, we ask that you follow these steps:

  1. Use the Second Skin Rescue Balm twice daily (morning and night) for 40 consecutive days.
  2. Do not introduce new skincare products targeting the same area during the 40-day period, so results remain clear and consistent.
  3. Track your progress by taking two photos: one photo on day 1 before your first application, one photo on day 40
  4. Return any remaining product (even if partially used).
  5. Provide your order number when submitting your refund request.

This process ensures we can improve our formulas and continue supporting our community with transparency and care.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at support@yendrabeauty.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your day 1 and day 40 photos
  • A short description of your experience

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the remaining product. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.

EXCLUSIONS

The Results-Back Guarantee does not apply if:

  • The balm was not used continuously (less than twice daily).
  • Progress photos do not clearly show the same area of skin.
  • More than 40 days have passed since delivery.
  • The skin concern being treated is due to a medical condition requiring clinical care.

If irritation worsens, or if you experience a possible allergic reaction, please  discontinue use immediately  and consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional.

PAASHA, FOUNDER & CEO OF YENDRA BEAUTY

I’ve always believed in the power of nature to heal. A core memory that paved the way for Yendra’s origin story took place during a family trip to Istanbul for my 16th birthday. I dared myself to scuba dive in a shark aquarium. As incredible as it was, I spent more time worrying about the water flaring up the last patch of eczema that had stayed with me since childhood, than the sharks brushing past my legs!

That’s when it all clicked. Having experienced the incredible healing power of herbal remedies for eczema in my younger years, I set out on a mission to create natural skincare solutions that truly work—making them more accessible for everyone to incorporate into their everyday routines.

Over the past few years, I became obsessed with combining the power of naturally-derived ingredients and cutting-edge innovation from our Swedish Labs, formulating products that perform just as well as we do.

KYLE KOTHARI

Kyle Kothari has proudly represented Great Britain and England in numerous competitions. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games he earned a silver medal in the 10M mixed synchronized platform and placed fourth in the 10M synchronised platform.

Most recently, Kyle competed in the 10M platform event at the Paris 2024 Olympics. He has since become an advocate for Yendra’s Skin Rescue Balm, praising its effectiveness during training—an endorsement echoed by the entire Team GB diving squad!

KAMELIYA STOIMENOVA

Kameliya Stoimenova is a British Bulgarian swimmer who studies Sports Science at The University of Swansea. She started swimming at the age of 8 and has fallen in love with the water ever since. Founder Paasha met Kam through her coach at the BUCS Nationals in Sheffield in February 2024.

With a demanding schedule of 11 weekly pool and gym sessions, Kam’s resilience made her the perfect tester for Yendra’s Second Skin Rescue Balm.
